Creative Forge Opens in Modling
Reini Buchacher, current world record holder in quick sketching, and artist Monika Morrison are set to launch a new creative space on May 31st, located at Fabrikgasse 4 in Modling. This exhibition and working platform will provide artists and art enthusiasts an opportunity to showcase, learn, and grow.
Fabrik4More, as this creative forge shall be known, promises to host painting competitions, courses, workshops, and live music performances, making it an inspiring haven for artists and music lovers alike.
"The creative forge is an ideal setting for people to unleash their talents and nurture their artistic abilities," explains Morrison. Buchacher echoes the sentiment, hoping that it will serve as a meeting point and inspiration for the "young at heart."
The creative couple's paths first crossed 40 years ago during life drawing sessions. Although they were both married at the time, Buchacher recalls the spark between them. After parting ways, life took them on different paths—with Buchacher residing in Jordan for nine years. They reconnected last year, and their romance blossomed this year.
At the grand opening on May 31st, from 6 pm, Buchacher and Morrison will present works that have defined their artistic journey, accompanied by an open-air concert featuring "The Wayfaring Three."
