Home Movie Reader Tester Network Agreement
Welcome to the Home Movie Reader Tester Network! In this article, we'll outline the terms and conditions of your participation in our network.
By joining the network, you agree to the following:
- This is a legal agreement between you and Future Publishing Limited for the Home Movie Reader Tester Network. The agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Home Movie is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or damage caused by using a product, except for death or personal injury caused by negligence. You are responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or damage incurred from using the products received.
- By submitting reviews, you grant Home Movie a comprehensive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your content. This license is perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, irrevocable, sub-licensable, and transferable. Home Movie can use, reproduce, modify, edit, distribute, and display your content on various platforms, including websites, social media, print magazines, email newsletters, and commercial formats.
- You waive your moral rights to object to the editing or modification of your content.
- Your personal data, including name, contact information, age, and location, are collected and processed for the performance of the contract and in accordance with Future's privacy policy. Personal data may be shared with third parties only when necessary for the performance of the contract, such as for arranging delivery.
- Withdrawal of consent to the processing or publication of personal data will apply from the point at which consent is withdrawn, and will not affect any content already in the public domain or previously published by Home Movie.
- Testers confirm and warrant that their content is original and they have all necessary rights to grant the license. You agree not to submit content that is false, inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringes on third-party rights.
- Testers are expected to provide genuine reviews based on their actual experience with the product. You agree not to submit promotional material or advertising for a third-party product or service.
- Participation in the Network can be terminated by Home Movie at any time and for any reason, including breach of terms and conditions.
- The review incentive (free product and/or voucher) is not conditional on a positive review or specific rating.
- Your name, age, location, and relevant information may be used alongside your content, with your consent.
- Participation in the Network does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of Home Movie.
The purpose of the Network is to provide products to readers in exchange for honest reviews. We appreciate your participation and look forward to reading your thoughts on the products!
