Get ready, cycling enthusiasts! A bicycle auction is coming to your city on Thursday, August 28th. The event will take place in the garage behind the city hall, located at Konrad-Adenauer-Platz 9.
This auction offers a variety of bicycles, including traditional models and 5 e-bikes, all categorised by price and quality. The auctioned e-bikes are included in the range of categories as well.
If you're interested in viewing the bicycles before the auction, you can do so from 3 pm onwards. The auction itself will begin between 4 and 6 pm.
The bicycles up for auction have been found within the city limits and not claimed within six months. They are referred to as "steeds" in the auction's announcement.
The auction follows a highest bidder system, and it is open to all citizens. Please note that no warranty is provided for the auctioned bicycles.
To reach the auction location, take a footpath from the city hall that leads to the "Market" bus stop, then head towards the city administration parking lot and the garages of the public order office.
