Clear the calendar, folks! Munich's Tollwood Summer Festival is on its way! From June 19th to July 20th, you can find over 600 events in the Olympiapark, and most of them won't cost you a dime.

Gear Up, Munich!

Construction's a-brewing in the Olympiapark, and those pesky tents are already popping up. In just two weeks, it's Tollwood time! This year's theme? "Courage and Action," so expect plenty of interactive activities that'll getting your creative juices flowing, no matter your age.

The Tollwood Shindig Lineup

Wanna sing your heart out with a group of strangers? Look no further. Community karaoke, featuring choir-style sing-alongs, will be going down on June 30th, July 7th, and 14th, with Caro Matzko, Harald Schmidt, and Rainer Maria Schießler joining in on the fun.

Art Attack

Martin Steinert's inviting festival-goers to collaborate on a massive wooden Yin and Yang sculpture visitors can walk among. Leave your message and wishes on the wood and join the creation. And there's more for the young 'uns! Don't miss the children's music and dance performances at the Half-Moon Bar by Tom & Heiner (June 29th), Toni Komisch (July 20th), and Willy Astor (Music Arena, July 5th).

Mon. - Fri.: 2 PM to 1 AM, Sat./Sun./Holidays: 11 AM to 1 AM (Market of Ideas closes at 11:30 PM).

Hop on a bus or tram! Transportation options near Olympiapark include Infanteriestraße (Tram 12, Bus 53,59), Heideckstraße (Tram 20, 21), Olympiaberg (Bus 144), and Leonrodstraße (Tram 12, 20, 21, Bus 53).
