The Büschdorf Quarter Office in Germany is set to offer an expanded range of services starting from July 2025. Located in the former equipment house of the voluntary fire brigade, the office will provide assistance with local administrative matters, registration and deregistration of residents, issuance of certificates, handling requests related to parking permits, and more.
One of the new services is the Büschdorf Application Assistance, which will help individuals fill out applications for housing benefit, care level, basic security, and/or severe disability. This service will be available every first and fourth Thursday from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, starting August 7, 2025.
For those seeking career guidance support, the Fortbildungsakademie der Wirtschaft (faw) gGmbH will be offering its services. Parents can benefit from career guidance support every Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, starting July 29, 2025. The faw gGmbH will also provide career guidance support for parents on the same days and times.
The Digital-Treff-Ost, starting on July 23, 2025, will offer free tips on handling a smartphone and digital offers, especially for seniors, over coffee and cookies. This initiative aims to bridge the digital divide and make technology more accessible for the elderly.
