Luxury SUV, Lexus Glam LX, boasts an integrated wardrobe and nail salon.
Lexus has unveiled a concept version of their luxury SUV, the Glam LX. This unique vehicle, a collaboration with Texas-based Complete Customs, is not a production model but a showcase of Lexus' design and innovation capabilities.
The Glam LX boasts a striking exterior, adorned with a Pearl Symphony Chameleon wrap and a pink Lexus grille badge inlaid with crystal. The interior, too, is a sight to behold, featuring a pink and white leather design, along with luxurious materials such as mohair, silk, and stone inlays.
Lisa McQueen, senior manager for marketing at Lexus, describes the Glam LX as a 'bold statement of Lexus design and innovation applied in an unexpected way, connecting with guests' passions for self-expression.'
The Glam LX is not equipped with a radical hydrogen engine, as that is a feature of a different concept vehicle revealed by Lexus. Nor is it a V-8 GR Supra, as that is a different vehicle model revealed by Toyota. Instead, it focuses on premium amenities and unique features.
One such feature is the dressing suite in the trunk, which opens via French doors. Inside, you'll find twin Robern illuminated mirrors, an LED-lit clothing rack, a pair of pull-out chairs, and a retractable privacy screen for the changing area. The second row of the Glam LX also offers stone-inlaid tables, a halo-lit skylight, and a custom full-width Robern illuminated mirror for makeup application.
For the beauty-conscious, the front passenger seat has been transformed into a mobile nail salon, fitted with a UV/LED light. The Glam LX also includes new storage compartments, such as a special holder for hairdryers and straighteners, a refrigerated makeup console, and an LED-lit handbag compartment.
The Glam LX is not intended for off-road use, as it is a luxury SUV designed for self-expression and premium amenities. Lexus plans to demonstrate the Glam LX at selected events during the forthcoming year, offering fans a full fashion makeover experience. However, there are no available search results specifying when the Lexus Glam LX will be shown at these events.
Despite its concept status, the Glam LX does not represent a new standard vehicle offering from Lexus. Lexus does not mention any plans for a production model based on the Glam LX at this time. Nevertheless, the Glam LX serves as an exciting preview of the innovative and luxurious designs that Lexus continues to explore.
