Live reporting: NDR installs temporary broadcasting space on Bremer Street, Harburg
The NDR Pop-Up Studio has made its way to the district of Harburg in Germany, aiming to engage with the local community and bring NDR's services closer. Located in an empty store in the pedestrian zone of Harburg, between Sama-Market and the hairdresser on Bremer Straße 3, this temporary studio is a hub of live broadcasts, interaction, and engagement.
The studio was officially opened on a Saturday, with NDR 90.3 moderator Maren Bockholdt handing out free ice cream to the first visitors. Stephan Heller, NDR 90.3 afternoon moderator, is presenting the entire show from the temporary studio daily from July 15 to 19.
The Pop-Up Studio offers more than just broadcasts. It aims to foster conversation with the local community. Maren Bockholdt was seen chatting with Harburg residents at the opening, and additional actions will be held at the Pop-Up Studio every workday.
Visitors could even spin the wheel of fortune for a chance to win various prizes. Hendrik Lünenborg, director of the regional broadcasting center of Hamburg, expressed his desire to engage in conversation with Harburg residents and people from surrounding districts.
The services offered at the Pop-Up Studio include NDR 90.3, the Hamburg Journal, and digital offers of NDR Hamburg. Broadcasts from the Pop-Up Studio will continue until the end of August.
