Lee & Roaringwild Unveil First Unisex Collection

Lee, a renowned denim brand owned by Kontoor Brands, has teamed up with Chinese streetwear label Roaringwild to release its first entirely unisex collection. The collaboration, priced between $80 and $230, is available in sizes XS to XL and marks a significant step for the brand.

Founded in 2010 by a group of college friends, Roaringwild aims to become China's answer to streetwear giants like Stussy, Palace, and Supreme. The capsule collection, inspired by the 1980s art and music scenes, features graphic tees, denim jackets, and oversized jeans.

This is Roaringwild's first collaboration with a denim brand. Lee, on the other hand, has previously worked with brands such as Daydreamer, Bearbricks, Dragon Ball Z, and the Brooklyn Circus. Kontoor Brands, which also owns Wrangler, separated from VF Corp. in 2019. In its recent earnings report, Kontoor Brands reported $616 million in revenue for the second quarter, with Lee contributing $188 million.

The Lee x Roaringwild collection is a bold move for the brand, expanding its reach into the unisex streetwear market. With Roaringwild's unique aesthetic and Lee's established denim heritage, the collaboration is set to make waves in the fashion world.
