Ingolstadt's Brauchtumstag: A Day of Tradition, Dance & Music
Ingolstadt is gearing up for a vibrant celebration of local traditions. The Donaugau Trachtenverband is hosting a Brauchtumstag event on October 4th, 2023, from 10 am to 6 pm at the Plaza of the Westpark shopping centre. Everyone is invited to dance, sing, and enjoy the diverse cultural displays.
The event will kick off with performances by Trachtenvereine from Gungolding, Mailing, and Manching from 10 am to 1 pm. Later in the day, Trachtenvereine from Gerolfing and Gaimersheim will also take the stage to showcase their traditional costumes and dances.
An info booth will be set up to provide insights into the various activities of the association. The Brauchtumsrad will also be present to share knowledge about regional traditions and answer any queries attendees may have. Despite extensive searches, it remains unclear which Trachtenvereine will perform after 1 pm.
