TV Chef Zora Klipp Announces Opening of Second Weidenkantine Restaurant
TV chef Zora Klipp, known for her appearances on shows like "DAS! schmeckt" (NDR) and "Die Küchenschlacht" (ZDF), has made an exciting announcement on her Instagram story. In a mysterious post addressed to her 111,000 followers, she revealed that a new Weidenkantine restaurant is set to open in the district of Ottensen.
The original Weidenkantine was founded by Zora Klipp and her siblings during the pandemic in October 2020, and is currently located in the Weidenallee, Eimsbüttel. The new restaurant, located at Spritzenplatz 5 in Ottensen, will be a twin of the original, offering breakfast options, coffee, and cake.
From Monday to Friday between 12 PM and 3 PM, a lunch menu (Mittagstisch) will be served at the new location. However, specific details about the dishes on the menu have not been disclosed yet.
Zora Klipp is also the owner of another restaurant, but the name was not specified in the announcement. In addition to the Weidenkantine and her unnamed restaurant, she is also the owner of the Blattgold in the Schanzenviertel.
After the birth of her child, Zora Klipp is currently on parental leave, but it seems that she is eager to get back to work and continue her successful culinary ventures.
The exact opening date of the new Weidenkantine in Ottensen has not been announced yet, but it is planned for some time in September.
