Fisker's Former LA Mansion Relisted for $29M After Price Drop
A luxurious Los Angeles mansion, previously owned by renowned car designer Henrik Fisker, has been relisted for $29 million. The 11,800 square foot property, now held by Barron N. Hilton and Tessa Hilton, has not sold after nearly a year on the market.
The grand estate, first listed by Fisker in late 2024 for nearly $34 million, boasts an impressive array of amenities. The primary suite features a glass-railed balcony, a lavish bath, and two walk-in closets. The great room is a testament to opulence, with a 35-foot-tall ceiling, a two-way fireplace, and automated vertical glass walls.
The outdoor space is equally impressive, with an L-shaped vanishing-edge pool, two fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, and a bar. The mansion also includes a gym, wellness center, and a garage that can accommodate six vehicles. Fisker, who founded Fisker Automotive and later Fisker Inc., acquired the property in 2021 for $21.8 million from its previous owner, Stratton Sclavos.
The Hilton siblings, who recently joined Compass, have reduced the asking price of the mansion by $5 million. Despite the price drop, the property remains one of the most expensive listings in Los Angeles. Interested buyers can expect a luxurious living experience in this sprawling Hollywood Hills estate.
