Family Kyziridis assumes ownership of restaurant Hasseldelle in Solingen
New Greek-Influenced Restaurant Takes Over in Hasseldelle
A change is coming to the popular restaurant in Hasseldelle, Germany. Starting from January 1st, the restaurant will be managed by Marina (39) and Konstantinos (49) Kyziridis. Until December 22nd, the previous owner, Juraj Benko, will continue to run the restaurant in the usual manner.
The Kyziridis couple has big plans for the restaurant. They plan to run it as a classic family business and introduce more Greek cuisine to the menu, including gyros and a variety of dishes such as lamb, grilled fish, beef, chicken, and venison.
The new management team also plans to set up a delivery service, not just for the Hasseldelle area but potentially beyond. The restaurant's cozy dining room, which can accommodate approximately 40 guests, and the additional terrace with around nine tables in summer, offer a relaxed atmosphere for dining in or taking out.
In the basement, the restaurant boasts two bowling lanes that can accommodate up to 30 people. This makes it a popular meeting place for regular guests, including many bowling clubs. The adjacent hall of the "Wir in der Hasseldelle" association is available for larger events on weekends.
The restaurant has been a socio-cultural meeting point in the neighborhood, as emphasized by Peter Harbecke from the "Wir in der Hasseldelle" association. He expressed his gladness that the restaurant can be handed over to good hands.
Juraj Benko, the previous owner, wanted to stop running the restaurant to devote himself entirely to his family. His decision has paved the way for the Kyziridis couple to bring their culinary expertise and passion to the Hasseldelle restaurant.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information about the menu, opening date, and delivery services, we recommend checking local Hasseldelle community boards, social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram, or food delivery apps that serve the area. You might also want to look at review sites such as Yelp or Google Maps for announcements or customer reviews.
Marina Kyziridis has been running 'Alten Brunnen' on Schlagbaumer Street for the last five years. Her passion for cooking, particularly in the kitchen, has been evident in her work at 'Alten Brunnen'. It's clear that she will bring the same dedication to the Hasseldelle restaurant.
The new Greek-influenced restaurant is expected to be a welcome addition to the Hasseldelle community, offering a fresh take on classic family dining. Stay tuned for more updates as the Kyziridis couple prepares to take the reins.
The Kyziridis couple plans to transform the restaurant into a Greek-influenced establishment, incorporating a lifestyle focused on food-and-drink and home-and-garden aspirations. Starting January 1st, they aim to deliver more than just meals, offering an attractive dining-and-bowling experience that caters to both local residents and beyond.
