Engage, find delight - virtual seminar on sponsorship, brimming with heartfelt connection
On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 5 to 6 PM, the Volunteer Agency Halle and the Volkshochschule Halle (Saale) are hosting an online information event titled "Giving time, experiencing joy - Your path to sponsorship with heart." This event, organized by World Vision Deutschland, will be held on a PC or laptop with an internet connection and headphones or speakers.
The event aims to shed light on the diverse ways sponsorships can be structured, with a focus on three specific areas: sponsorships for children, seniors, and people with disabilities. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about various projects in Halle (Saale), totaling over 20.
Sponsorship, a form of voluntary service, is particularly fulfilling, as it not only provides assistance but also contributes to the well-being and happiness of those involved. The World Happiness Report 2024 suggests that engaged people live healthier and are happier.
During the event, questions about framework conditions, entry opportunities, and insurance coverage in engagement will be answered. Registration for the event is via the page www.freiwilligenagentur-halle.de/veranstaltungen.
