Furoshiki, a square cloth used for wrapping gifts, groceries, and everyday items for over 2,000 years, originated in the Nara period (710–794 AD) and has become a symbol of thoughtfulness and respect in Japanese culture. With its roots in practicality and aesthetics, furoshiki embodies the Japanese attention to detail and etiquette, making it an ideal choice for those who appreciate both form and function.
