Dormagen Hosts Free Café Dance for Seniors on Sept 26
Mark your calendars! The city of Dormagen invites seniors to a free café dance event on Friday, September 26th. Held at the Tanzfabrik from 3 to 5 pm, everyone is welcome, regardless of dance experience.
The event is open to all, including those with dementia, accompanied by a carer. No prior dance knowledge is needed; an instructor will guide participants through basic steps. Both individuals and couples can join in the fun.
The café dance is a great opportunity for seniors to socialise, keep active, and enjoy some music. Experienced dancers are also welcome to show off their skills. To register, simply call senior commissioner Monika Brockers at 02133 257 3040.
So, dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to boogie! The café dance at Tanzfabrik promises an afternoon of laughter, exercise, and good company. See you there!
