Detmold Launches 'Let's Go! Detmold Saves Energy' Initiative
Detmold is set to launch a special energy-saving initiative, 'Let's go! Detmold saves energy', starting October 15th. This action aims to help property owners and realtors modernize their buildings to consume less energy.
The city is offering paid, individual energy consultations for building owners and tenants. These consultations include an on-site inspection of the building shell and heating system. The service is independent and product-neutral, presenting the three most suitable heating technologies for each property.
Participants will receive a written report outlining specific renovation recommendations and information on available funding programs. The consultation fee of 40 euros is refunded after the consultation. Registration is open until July 15, 2027, and can be done via email at kwp@our website or by phone at 05231 977 452. Further details and registration are also available at the consumer center Detmold and through Thorsten Hollmann at the city portal.
Detmold's 'Let's go! Detmold saves energy' action encourages property owners and realtors to modernize their properties, reducing energy consumption and potentially saving on heating costs. The city's offer of independent, on-site energy consultations, along with refundable fees and accessible registration, makes this initiative an attractive opportunity for energy efficiency.
