Claridge's Welcomes Italian Charm: Il Pellicano Takes Residency
Claridge's, London's iconic hotel, is set to welcome a touch of Italy this February. Il Pellicano, the renowned Tuscan hotel celebrating its 60th anniversary, will take residency at Claridge's from the 17th to the 22nd. The collaboration, spearheaded by Marie Louise Sciò, CEO and creative director at Pellicano Hotels, promises a unique fusion of Italian charm and English glamour.
During the residency, Claridge's renowned restaurant will transform, offering a menu inspired by the Tuscan coast. Diners can expect classic Italian cocktails like The Pelican Martini and The Teller Negroni, alongside dishes such as pasta, risotto, veal cheek, and turbot. The residency will culminate in a sweet note with the classic Italian dessert, tiramisu.
The partnership between the two hotels, both with a legacy of excellence, is seen as a special collaboration by Sciò. While the head chef from Il Pellicano has not been officially announced, the residency is expected to bring a taste of Italy to Claridge's grand setting.
From February 17 to 22, 2025, Claridge's will offer a unique dining experience, blending the elegance of its English heritage with the warmth of Italian hospitality. The residency, marking Il Pellicano's 60th anniversary, is a celebration of two legendary hotels coming together.
