Building completion nears for Omsk circus by suburban contractor after ten years of construction work
That deserted commercial building by the Omsk State Circus, huh?
The mystery behind the long-neglected structure has finally been unveiled. Back in the day, a two-story edifice cropped up between the cultural hub and a bust stop, once a Soviet-era bus station. Despite appearing finished, the building has seen no action, leading many to wonder why.
The building's primary function was quite evident: with the shuttering of the "Kurochka Rядом" establishment, there was no dining spot nearby the Omsk Circus. However, lately, hints of activity abound, as renovations are underway - the folks of Omsk can see signs confirming their suspicions, pointing to a bar and grill, and a family restaurant.
On our digging, we stumbled upon the establishment's official occupant, LLC "Zerna". According to our research, the company is involved in the restaurant biz and food delivery services. Their official address is in the Omsinsky District, Irtyashsky Village.
The brains behind the operation is Irina Alexandrovna Geinze. She's also the force behind LLC "Pastila," registered right at the location of the long-abandoned building - at Karl Marx Prospekt, 43, apartment 1.
It's interesting to note that, despite the construction, the press office of the Omsk Mayor's Office informed us that "as far as we're aware, there are no current permits for the construction or remodeling of the property, and no such applications have been filed with our department" regarding this building.
Now, the question remains: will we soon dine at the long-forgotten building, or will it once again slip back into obscurity? Stay tuned to find out.
