Holger Knievel's Dresden Hair Studio, located at Helgolandstraße 8, 01097 Dresden, has made a unique addition to its services – a custom coffee blend named "Maestro No. 1". This coffee, tailored to Holger Knievel's preferences, is now available for purchase not only in the salon but also for home.
The coffee partner for this venture is Kaffeekraftwerk, a local roastery in Striesen. Ines Kreher, the managing director of Kaffeekraftwerk, is a customer at Knievel's hair studio in the Leipzig district. Along with her son Steve Richter, the roastmaster, she developed a strong coffee to suit Knievel's tastes.
Maestro Knievel, the hairdresser, had not paid much attention to the coffee before. However, Maestro Knievel appreciates the coffee culture during his travels through Europe. Interestingly, he prefers his coffee with milk.
The collaboration between Holger Knievel's Dresden Hair Studio and Kaffeekraftwerk has proven successful, with about 50 cups of "Maestro No. 1" coffee being sold daily at the hair studio. This makes it the first in Saxony with its own coffee brand.
Knievel took over the premises of the former Mini supermarket in 1996 and today, an eight-member team works there. The hair studio's opening hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 7 pm, and Saturday 8 am to 3 pm.
